Sprout Back Again Foundation LBG exists to make the impact of drug abuse understood — and to make help feel reachable for individuals, families, and communities.
Too many people meet addiction with silence, stigma, or punishment alone. We take a different approach: clear education, compassionate referral pathways, and community tools that protect dignity while telling the truth about harm.
Our name is our promise. A sprout does not deny the soil it rises from — it grows through it. Recovery is not pretending the past never happened. It is choosing a different future with support.
